Amnesty International UK: another ad that shook the nation

Newly added to SOFII’s archive of brilliant Amnesty ads from yesteryear is this shocking full page from the mid 1990s. Though distressing, it’s well worth reading and studying.

SOFII plans to add more of these great advertisements in coming months, most of them, as this one, written by the legendary copywriter Indra Sinha. We’ll try too to add a commentary to show how they worked and what their writer remembers of the process of creating such striking communications.
